Just a little information about me, and my blog. I’ve been writing computer games for about 25 years, starting on the old 8 bit machines such as the Sinclair Spectrum and working my way up. I currently moved into education, as I fancied a new challenge – I wasn’t disappointed!.
This blog is really a chance for me to publish my opinions on my 3 big interests – computer games, computer hardware and World of Warcraft. It’s more of a general purpose blog, rather than focusing on any one interest.
Oh, and the name? Well I grew up in Australia, and gecko’s are infamous for being able to walk upside across ceilings etc. While I can’t personally manage that, I still think they’re cool!
